Ambitions

How might we develop the next generation of the winery website that is personalized, responsive and easy to use.

Solution

UX/UI Design

Villa Milagro Vineyards is among the smallest wineries in the state. Current annual production is around 2,000 cases. To put this in perspective, the Federal designation for a “small” winery, is any winery that produces less than 100,000 cases per year. So that makes us 1/100th of small! We like our “boutique” status and will grow to 3000 cases per year but no more

Ideate & Reiterate

To ensure the website and app functionality for the vineyard and winery, several testing sessions were conducted. These sessions evaluated the wireframe by guiding users through various prototypes, while others focused on the responsive design across different devices. A UI walk-through was not deemed necessary, as the layout’s accessibility and the users’ unbiased experience were validated through these tests.

Concepts Designs & Test

brainstormed features and designs that could create a welcoming experience for wine enthusiasts. I ensured the website was fully responsive, allowing it to be enjoyed seamlessly on any device. Next, I focused on optimizing the e-commerce checkout process to accommodate various payment methods, leveraging modern technology to enhance convenience for customers.
