Log into your control panel by pointing your favorite web browser to www.iqnection.com, and entering your user name and password in the client login area. You will be shown the site services you can manage. The Web Form Database option will look like this:
When you click on the icon, you will be taken to a page where you can view any of the forms IQnection has developed for you, the number of new submissions to those forms and how many you’ve had in total. An individual form’s entries will look like this:
You can review the submissions your forms have received at any time. You will see the date it was submitted, who completed the form and how you can reach them based on the information in the form. You also have the option of exporting the records of your form’s submissions to an external file, like an Excel spreadsheet. That way you always have a copy of data that may be essential to your business, which you can store, reference or take with you anywhere!
