We understand that for almost all businesses, creating a website isn’t a once-and-done exercise. New technologies will drive tomorrows success and as your business needs change your website will need to reflect those changes.

Option 1 – As Needed
For clients who make limited and infrequent changes to their site, paying an occasional hourly service fee may be the simplest and most efficient way of updating their website. Please email your maintenance requests to email@example.com and a project coordinator will get back to you with an estimate of the time and cost involved. You will be asked to approve the estimated project costs and arrange payment before work starts.
Option 2 – Monthly Maintenance
For clients who make changes to their sites on a set, recurring schedule, we recommend a monthly maintenance plan. In this maintenance program, we reserve an allotment of production hours for your tasks each month. As needs arise, simply call or email us with your request and the time it takes to complete tasks will be deducted from your monthly allotment. Hours are billed at our discounted maintenance and do not roll over to the following month.
Option 3 – “Easy Pass Support Contract
For clients who are actively involved with their sites and anticipate making ongoing updates and changes, we recommend purchasing discounted 10 or 20 hour blocks of pre-paid support. “Easy-Pass support hours are sold at our discounted maintenance rate, and as needs arise, you simply email or call us with your requests. The time required to complete your requests will be deducted from your bank of hours. Easy Pass hours never expire, and your unused hours roll over from one month to the next. When your support block is depleted, we will contact you and replenish your Easy Pass account.
