Bucks County, PA
Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County was first incorporated December 1, 1990 as the 535th affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International. Their first groundbreaking took place in Bristol in May 1993; the first home was dedicated in June 1994. To date, they have worked with 196 members of our community, providing a hand-up to homeownership!
Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County brings individuals, families and communities together to build affordable homes with those in need. They are a Christian ministry that calls on all people regardless of religious preference or cultural background to make safe, simple, affordable housing a matter of conscience and action in Bucks County.
IQnection Internet Services redesigned the HabitatBucks.org web site. Our website design team was able to install IQnection’s custom Content Management System (CMS) tool; with this tool HabitatBucks.org can be easily updated or changed by the staff at Habitat Bucks. The website design team was also able to create number of expandable news pages where visitors may peruse and find out the most up-to-date information about Habitat Bucks & their involvement in the community. A dynamic & expandable map was incorporated into the design to allow visitors to see the projects that have been constructed.
