1. Open Outlook 2003 / XP. Click on the Tools menu, then choose E-mail Accounts.
2. Select 'Add a new e-mail account' and click Next.
3. Select 'POP3' as your server type. Then click Next.
4. Enter the information for your account in the E-mail account settings dialog.
5. Click on the "More Settings..." button. Then click on the Outgoing Server Tab. Make sure that the option 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication' is checked.
6. Close the current dialog by clicking OK. Then click next. You should now get to a congratulations screen. Click Finish to complete the setup process.
