We are pleased to announce that our billing department is switching to a new invoice format that allows a combined statement of all open or past due balances. We hope that changing our invoices to include prior balances will cut down on the overall number of invoices that we send, and reduce confusion as to what should be paid. After the switch to the new invoice format, the total balance of all previous invoices will be calculated and shown on the most current invoice, providing one easy to understand balance due amount.
