1) Email Ticketing System
If you have any issues, please send an email to support@iqnection.com. This will generate a trouble ticket and someone will work on your issue as soon as possible to get it resolved.
2) Remote Assistance
If you have issues setting up a new email account or you can't send/receive messages in your mail program, you can always call us for assistance. If there is an issue with email that we cannot figure out over the phone, we have to remote connect to your computer. We use SimpleHelp, which uses the Java program already built into your web browser to connect to either a Mac or PC. We will be able to see your computer screen and use your computer as if we were sitting in front of it.
